Buyer’s remorse

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) as required by law.
Sealed items (including booster boxes, booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, and sealed decks):
Cannot be returned once opened
Cannot be refunded due to pull rates, pack contents, or manufacturer mispacks
Pokémon TCG products contain randomised contents, which is an inherent feature and not considered a defect.
Single cards are graded and described accurately in each listing.
Please note:
Minor print lines, factory lines, centering variance, or surface marks common to mass-produced cards are not considered defects
If we:
Send the wrong card, or
Materially misdescribe the condition
We will provide a replacement or refund (at our discretion) once the item is returned in its original condition.
If your order arrives damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
